The doll is beautiful. It came in a backpack carrier that my daughter will use to store her and take her places. The only reason I gave only 3 stars was because I was not happy with the amount of time it took me to get the doll. I paid 2 to 3 day shipping and it took 13 days to get it. It took 5 days for them to create the shipping label and it was another 3 days before they even dropped the package off to UPS. I daughter was very disappointed when her birthday present was not there on her birthday. I tried reaching out through their "contact us" , but no one ever returned my emails or calls. If a business can't ship an item out fast, they should not offer 3 day shipping. Especially since I paid an extra 12 dollars for it to get her fast.
